I've owned NV since a few days after it came out. I have multiple playthroughs with different RPs.

The forecaster at the 188 Trading Post says -

I've also seen people around the forum stating the courier is luck because ''He's been shot in the head twice''

When? Wasn't he only shot once, by Benny?

I don't know about you guys, but my Courier's been shot in the head plenty more times than twice.

Lanius also mentions that there are two scars on your head from bullets.

I'm assuming its either because:

• Benny did a double tap (the boring option that makes you wonder why it was even alluded to).
  
• Something involving Ulysses or some other incident from the past that will be explained in DLC.
