I've been toying with getting the Type 3 mod for New Vegas.

I don't play female characters, but I am interested in having a better look for all the ladies in the game.

Does the Type 3 body mod affect NPCs or does it only affect the courier?

It affects every female in the game: courier and NPCs, because it's a replacer.
