Has anyone downloaded his ultimate mod yet? I just did, and I cant believe the features he has added already

Sabertooth/Mammoth/Bear mounts (He says he is close to adding dragon mounts as well)
New amazing flavors of armor
Elemental arrows
ALOT of more recipes/crafting options

Those are just some of the best things I have seen yet

Skyrim is on its way to greatness :celebration: mods are here to save the day again

Unless it becomes available to console then no, Skyrim is not on it's way to greatness.

Just imagine what will be created when the tools are released :hehe:

The ways of making mods right now are quite complicated and limited in scope, but that still doesn't stop people. I mean, there soon will be a UI mod including a search funtion :ooo: (Though the creation kit won't help with UI mods :hehe:)

You sound angry.
You made a purchase of a game. Sure, Bethesda might have said a lot of things about your version of the game, which you believe aren't/weren't true. But this is the same thing that happens with any other product with any other company, and the blame can only be placed on you for not doing your research.

I for one have an Xbox and a computer. I knew Bethesda's history of releasing games that are hardly bug-free. Their games are also inevitably worse on the console than the PC (Oblivion). Their saving grace is the moddability and customizability on PC. Therefore your complaints are both generally irrelevant, and also specifically irrelevant to the point of this thread.

Back to the OP, the Tytanis mod is really cool and shows the real potential of the game for customization, especially since the CK hasn't even been relelased. I haven't DL'ed it yet but I didn't know about the sabercat mounts, so i might have to try it.

no its not. a great game is not one the players have to fix. a great game is one that doesn't need fixed/modded.

Shouldn't this thread go in the mods forum? Its less likely to get trolled by console users there.

why, because you don't understand what great means? great mods don't make great games, they are simply great mods. if you have to mod a game to fix it or make it great its clearly not a great game, because if it was such a great game it wouldn't need anything done to it.

There is no game that couldn't be made better with great mods. Even great games.

Mammoth mounts... if he has done a good job with them maybe this Atheist has found god.

Now I just need some giant content from Bethesda or modders and one of my wishes will have been fulfilled.

All tytanis has done is flip a few switchs and tied a few knots.

More or less just hacking values in the files, since we cant edit them directly, ofcourse this would eventually lead to our own Creation kit, but theres no need for that.

t's really already rather polished since it's made up mostly of other people's mods, just all thrown together in one. I haven't had any other issues with it than some items being listed multiple times in the smithing menu. Go for it! =)

That video made me realise that Bethesda could have added a little more fantasy into the game because right now, it's just vikings in a low fantasy setting.

I want different mounts but I don't want them for free. I want to have to complete quests to get them or at least have to pay an obscene amount of money to buy them.

But I guess these will only be possible with the CK. Can't wait to see what the community will add to this already great game when the tools are out.
