I vote Kalthar. I don't remember him looking that hideous in my playthroughs, but he sure takes the cake.

EVERYONE on vanilla Oblivion! Did you see them, everyone had a hourse snout! & the worst offender? All the women looked like more femine men, which made it extreamly difficult to play as them,

Anyways... As stated above, I cant choose as they were all pretty ugly.
