I came in here fully expecting to get a good laugh, but so far most characters IMO are actually decent to look at. It's much easier to create fugly creatures in Oblivion I guess.

Orcs are so badass in Skyrim that I can't think of them as ugly.

But if there's one man that stands out in this area, that would be Ghorbash the Iron-Hand.
