Are there certain weapons you just won't use because they are too ugly, impractical, or strange looking? For me, the dragonbone arrows look so bizarre and impractical I just can't use them. I mean, how is that tripod supposed to pierce anything? It looks too heavy to even travel very far, but it's the most powerful arrow in the game!

Miraak's Sword. It's amazing, but ugly.

Ebony weapons are also ugly.

So is Daedric.

Yes, ebony sword is really ugly. it doesnt like real. ebony dagger is the same. they look washed up. miraaks sword isnt that great looking either.

I only like Oblivion amber weapons. all weapons in TES are ugly except for amber because amber weapons are made by an Orc who can make anything look goood as new. he makes pretty weapons and armour.

I cant use Daedric weapons, they look too evil.

Ebony weapons. The axe I can deal with, but the sword... the ebony sword is the most hideous, disappointing thing I've come across. It isn't really recognisable as a sword. Ebony is definitely the uglier relation of crafting materials.

Daedric isn't as bad, but not too far off. The 'demonic' image is really over the top in Skyrim, it was always a bit gaudy but with this game it's gotten too much.

Everything above steel.

Iron, dragonborn blunt weapons, ebony bow, miraak's staff. Daedric weapons are beautiful though.

The Iron Sword and most of the Dragonbone weapons are actually very nice.

Dragonbone Bow is the only weapon I've gotten but never used due to how utterly hideous it is. I find everything else pretty or fine.

Daedric are fine. the one handed sword looks badass. but a little bit too mainstream.

Stalhrim Armor.

Oh and this, Stalhrim armor is the worst looking armor in the game. the weapons are alright though.

Bonemold armor. I got AIDS the second I jumped off the boat to Solstheim and saw the guards.

Interesting opinions. I actually like ebony swords, but don't like other ebony stuff. I had a big two-handed ebony sword enchanted with shock and called it "The Eel", lol, I thought it was awesome. One of my favourite weapons ever and I'm not a two-handed sword kind of guy.

I HATE orcish swords, but I love the orcish battle-axe and warhammer. And oddly I don't mind the orcish dagger even though it's just like a little orcish sword. I feel like the problem with orcish swords is they look like big daggers. I like to enchant an orcish dagger with soul trap and call it "satan's boner".

I really really love the elven warhammer, I often will enchant it with absorb health and call it "Pegasus". Elven bow is my bow of choice.

I have mixed feelings about dwarven stuff, dunno, kind of like it kind of don't.

I hate glass stuff, and I lose iron stuff as soon as possible and never touch it again.

I feel the exact opposite. I like the way the armour looks, but hate the weapons. Well, I hate the one handed sword anyways. It seriously looks like its about 18" long. Its just too short and stubby.

I personally hate most of the Glass stuff. The armour looks too big and bulky for a light armour and the swords are too fat. Right now, my character wears the Dawnguard light armour and carries a Nordic sword and an ebony bow. Which, in my opinion is the best looking bow in the game. I love the way it looks with my fire damage enchantment on it.

That Edj. Or is it Eduj. Whatever it is, its ugly and even has an ugly name.

Anyway I think everyone can agree that Nordic Carved definitely doesn't go on the ugly list. sixiest set to date.

What I dont like about the armor is the skirt thing at the end and the pants that look like pajamas. the color of the ice makes it look even more ridicules.

All weapons look great. From the leather grips on the iron war axes to the tentacle looking ebony sword.
