noobish? erm.. i dont get the rp on these forums, i read and i like. but, i dont get how people get into it. like, join in the rp.

do u get invited?
can u join in progress?

Its my RP, So I guess I should explain.

CS stands for Character sheet. Its like filling out a application.

Heres the CS for My RP:

Birthplace:

If an Ark survivor, original faction (optional):

Name:

Age:

Nationality/Race (Caucasian, African American, Hispanic, etc.):

Appearance:

Faction:

Occupation:

Skills:

Traits:

Weapons (don't go godly on weapons, make it reasonable and fair):

Clothing:

Misc (little mementos or special items that your character treasures):

Personality:

Bio (Explain there History):

Now copy and past this into your reply to the topic, then fill it out, and post. Simple :happy:

You do understand how to RP though, right?

Read the linked guide in his first post on the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1178249-a-new-horizon/ thread, that will give you a very good idea as to what it is and how to participate. And in the future you might want to consider actually reading and posting in the threads that have already been created, instead of making new ones every time you are unsure about something.

no,no, i understand rp. ive rp'd on plenty of platforms before, but not on forums,
guess its just confusing to get into for me.

To get into RPs you just have to PM the creator. As far as i know you can join in the progress at any time unless there is a deadline. If so You need to send information of your character to the RP creator, and he needs to approve or suggest changes for that character to better fit the story.

Then maybe you shouldn't be surprised there is a RP that you are unaware of, lol?

Anyway, to the OP, just PM the person in charge (Drop_Dead in this case) to let him know you are interested and follow his directions on how to
fill out your character sheet, he would approve, and then, when he sets a date to start (he has not confirmed a date yet),
he will make a new thread and make an introduction post setting up the story plot and then you start RP'ing from there. Simple. ^_^

I never said I was surprised. I was simply unaware, and asked where such a thing could be found.
