Uhm question on the Fallout Online site

It credits Bethesda and Zenimax as rights holders? Is this just old info?? I really want to see gamesas succeed I miss so many of your great titles starting with Battle Chess, Alone in the Dark, (the real)Fallout, Descent etc. I hope this is the WoW beater FINALLY!!!

With MMO's it's all about finding a core audience that allows you to sustain the game and develop further cotent. Age of Conan, Everquest, etc aren't as big as World of Warcraft yet they have enough subscribers to make them successful for their companies.

I think Fallout is one of those franchises that have fans that ensure it will not fade off in time, not completely.

Only thing that can really fade off an online Fallout title... is a repalcive sequel.

At least that is how I like to see it.

WoW can never die that is a fact, but there is no reason that FO won't make it even if the game doesn't have the sparkle we're all looking for. This is a cult game and i'm sure that all of you wasteland followers are going to make this game succesful!

People need to stop worrying about trying to make an X Killer, and just make a game they are proud of. There's lots of good ideas to consider and take in from other games, but shouldn't necessarily be carbon copied. It might work for your game, it might not. you may be able to take it and make it your own.

I reckon we'll see something great from FO. Will it beat out it's competition, dunno. As long as it sees some success, it remains profitable, and we get to play a great Fallout game!
