For a couple days now (in game) Ulfberth has been standing next to my house in Whiterun. He won't ever go back inside Warmaiden's and so I can never get the buy/sell dialog with him. He just keeps saying we need to get a few pints together.

I tried pushing him but he doesn't budge. I tried pushing him a little with a shout but he just attacks.

I am considering Disabling and then Enabling him using the console, but I'm not 100% sure if that would work or what other things that might affect.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get him to move back into his normal routine?

Try talking to him, enter your home. He should now be inside you're house, congratulations.
