-Unless you're gonna actually sit there and wait for time to go by in the game, none of that waiting [censored]. Again what's with the [censored] super powers? You can just randomly go through 24 hours of time in 30 seconds? What the [censored] are you? A cute little BABY who not only can't walk places but also has to go through time?
-Be sure to kill the strongest enemy in the game the LEGENDARY BLOATFLY
-And finally, no loading to earlier saves and turn auto save off. Oh no I'm too SCARED of my companion dying so I'm gonna make them immortal by constantly going back to early saves. No [censored] that are you a man or a cute little girl?
So is that not BRUTAL enough for you? If you're so INSANE try these optional challenges too. Well they're all optional if you're a sack of BALLS that needs to be protected all the time. But these are to go beyond just being a BRUTAL BADASS! Anyway these are the INSANE CHALLENGES!

-NO LOOKING UP HELP ON ANYTHING!
-TRY TO DESTROY EVERYONE IN EVERY CITY EVENTUALLY UNLESS THEY HAVE UNLIMITED RESPAWN!
-CARRY ONLY 3 THINGS IN EACH CATEGORY IN YOUR INVENTORY AT ONCE (No things that stock together don't count. For example you can carry as many bullets as you want but only 3 different kinds of bullets however you can have other types such as armor piercing and it won't count as another kind of bullet)
