So I'm going my second playthrough of the Lonesome Road and I was approaching the Crow's Nest when I saw this friendly object on my radar and zoomed in... It's Ulysses!

He just stands there watching for a few seconds and then walks away and disappears. Has anyone seen him appearing at other locations?

Yup he is also on the building on the left when you exit the hotel
