No it isn't real. Number one clue that it isn't real. Is that you are on the Bethesda/Zenimax website and there is no section for it :tops:

99.5% of the trailers on youtube are fake. If you want information on a game go to the companies website.

It's a real video alright, it exists. And it's made by someone not really versed in the Fallout lore. But it's not official.
