As you can see in the screenshot, i am logged in and when going to add creditcard i get yet again a login screen.

But im unable to login... even with the right login info.



Sometimes i loggin on the website and when i press the add creditcard, it does work and i dont have to login again.

Last of all as i mentioned before, my account: sygys is not linked to the DLC store. I used this account back in the time of crysis 1 and when i tried it on crysis 2 it worked. so i never made a new account for crysis 2.

But now when i add a creditcard to this account, ingame it gives me the message that i didnt add a payment message. Creating a new account will work instantly when adding a creditcard.

I hear you say, why dont you make a new account and start over? well i love my level 50 progress and dont want to start over.

Crytek, can you please look into this? and link my account to the store? so that i can buy the mappacks?

And if thats not the problem maybe you could see into it and find out what the problem is... I would really like to buy both mappacks.

I have 2 accounts, one is sygys and one is sygyss. when i login to sygyss i can buy stuff. on account sygys i cant. but when i have my creditcard info filled in on both accounts and remove it from sygyss, then it automatically is removed from sygys. so even these accounts are made with totally different email adresses. they still are linked together...

can someone please look into this?
