Unable to buy DLCs on steam.

I already own the CE of the game, but it doesn't let me buy the DLCs. I missed the chance to buy the DLCs on the summer sale, now still can't do it during the Quakecon sale, any chance that it will be fixed and I can buy the DLCs ?

I would also like to buy the DLC, but I received the game for my birthday, so I got the regular consumer edition on DVD. How can I buy the DLCs on Steam? I mean, it's a good enough game without them, so I don't necessarily have to throw any money towards them, but they might be nice to own.

Any help would lead to a sale of all DLC packs in this case.

I have the same problem as #0. Bought the game from direct2play, activated my game in Steam, downloaded it and everything works just fine. But when I try to buy the DLCs in Steam, I get the same message.

I have tried to buy the DLCs as a gift for my self, that did not work either. Seemed as a way to try and bypass Steam but with no luck...
Fallout New Vegas: Old World Blues DLC requires that you own Fallout: New Vegas, click OK to view purchase options for Fallout: New Vegas.

Edit: I fixed my problem by buying a new copy from steam. The copy I got from direct2play was a Russian version of the game, and therefore steam would not reconize it, proberly becuse of some regional crap (I live within the EU).

Ok, no solution came from Beth, or from valve, so I guess I'll just pass on the DLCs.

Not to suffer the same fate again with skyrim I won't buy the collectors edition, will put my money elsewhere.

Gee, it's nice to know that Beth provides support for the software we paid money for.

I don't pirate games like many people do. I believe in paying money for software I use. However, gamesas believes in taking our money and not supporting their product once our cash is in their pockets.

I work hard and select certain entertainment to spend my hard earned money on. I choose Fallout New Vegas and the Honest Hearts DLC. Poor choice. I have an issue after installing Honest Hearts, I have followed Beth's suggestions with no luck.
I'm sitting here having spent $10 bucks and countless hours trying to resolve this and not a single person from Beth will offer any help, advice, direction, etc.

Would anyone else along with me, like to REPORT gamesas to the Consumer Protection agency or the local Attorney General's office? I'll be filing a formal complain with BOTH.
