I just finished the Nellis Array mission and this allowed me to level from 21 to 22. I after spending my upgrade points I'm presented with the perk page to pick a perk. My problem is not mater which perk I try to pick the X control is grayed out. I'm assuming this is a bug, but I am hoping it's something I'm doing wrong. Has this happened to anyone else?

OMG I'm so very stupid. I forgot to select the item with the A button. I swear I never forgot to do that before. Sorry to bug you guys.
