I get up to the point where I meet her and the other two girls in the lobby. After speaking with Joana, they begin walking out, exiting through the front doors of the casino. When I go to follow, the quest fails when I step out onto the Strip, stating that Joana was left alone during her escape. Google has thus far failed to help me find a fix. I'm playing the game on PC.
