I've run into a really in-the-way glitch preventing me from moving on, at least, I think it's a glitch.

I'm stuck on the first level where you complete your first hack. After I successfully hack the thing Psycho tells me to, nothing happens. He just continues standing against the door and it does not open. When I go into the menu afterward and look at my stats, it says I've attempted one hack, but it was not successful, even though it said on my HUD that I successfully hacked it, and the lock icon has disappeared. Am I doing something wrong here?

I am also encountering the same issue. I watched several walkthroughs on YouTube and they all hack the target and the door opens. Mine also does not open after hacking, although it does give the successful hacking codes message.

Unbind your hack key to default "F".

My hack key is default "F". I never changed it. That doesn't solve anything.
