Basically I go through the whole church etc and kill each member of the Railroad, except for Deacon - here lies the problem: when I shoot at him my bullets do nothing and just seem to go straight through him - although he can still hurt me. I've tried reverting to an earlier save, exiting to the dashboard then quitting and restarting Fallout, and also restarting my whole console but the bug persists.

Same thing is happening to me man, tried messaging Bethesda for the passed couple of days with no response. Trying to revert to a different save doesn't even work. Not sure if this is because I have max affection with him or not.
