Repeatable.

Every time I enter the building, the screen initially goes black and then I hear sounds very much like a bull visiting an expensive China boutique. Eventually, I appear to be either under water or falling through the world with about 1 FPS.

This breaks the Last Voyage of the Constitution mission.

I verified the game files and 2 needed to be re-downloaded via Steam. This did not fix the problem.

Anyone have a work around?

Some people have/had? the same prolem with police station maybe they found a fix. Do know there's 4 entrances to that place I've found, you try them all, same bug happen?

Yep.. unfortunately, they all do the same. On very rare occasions, it will drop me out at the sewer entrance if I try first or second floor... really weird.

Is this really that rare? Anyone else have this and suggest a workaround? Could I get a quest ID? Is it possible to get just the item from the quest step without skipping the quest?
