Started happening ever since I started the Lost Patrol quest. The game was working fine until I did this quest. And Im way too far in to load an old save that isnt bugged. Please fix this. It was in previous games it should have already been fixed by now.

-i tried fast travelling while in power armor. nothing

-i tried restarting my game. nothing
