was working fine last Night, but today no matter how many times I press R2 I cannot enter VATS

I had this very same problem. I posted my thread and should be on the 2nd page.

What I did and had no idea it would work is charge my controller. Or maybe just by plugging it in starts to work? anyways, It's what I did and solved the problem.

happened to me a few times, but usually it goes away after a while. try switching weapons or going to 3rd person and then try to use vats. if it works (switching to 3rd is more likely to work) then its the same thing that happened to me a few times and should go away.
