Unable to locate reference for global script 'TR_m2_telvlibr

I get this error while wondering around TR map 2. Is it serious? Should I carry on playing or try reinstalling TR and starting a new character?

I have (quite) a minimal selection of mods, so I am guessing it is not an obvious conflict or anything.

Here is my load order -

as long as you are able to teleport when out of Telvanni Library, there should be no problem (else just open the game console and type:
EnableTeleporting
then press enter and type:
set TR_m2_Telvlibr_teleport.teleportDisabled to 0
and then press enter

note for TR scripters:
I am not entirely sure, but maybe the issue could be avoided changing the TR_m2_telvlibr_act local script to start the global script TR_m2_telvlibr_teleport attaching/targetting it to a existing persistent and unique object, e. g.
If ( scriptrunning "TR_m2_telvlibr_teleport" == 0 )	ex_gg_portcullis_01->Startscript "TR_m2_telvlibr_teleport"Endif
or creating/placing in TESCS a new dedicated persistent object and attaching the global targeted script to it.

hey thanks for replying. What do you mean by teleport though? As in use transport/guild guide, or using the console, or mark and recall or something? Sorry, I'm somewhat of a noob.
