So this is my 3rd playthrough of New Vegas, this time i chose to side with the NCR. Unfortunately, after killing Benny in the tops casino i stepped outside, I received the message from Vulpes but not the trooper. I was not wearing faction armor and i am "liked" by the NCR, any suggestions? Also, i've already tried waiting for an hour
