Hello,

after reinstalling Win7 and Crysis2, I'm unable to redeem the Limited Edition stuff again.

I did follow the instructions the same way I did last year (when it worked). But now I only get a "Promotion code was not found" message after entering the code.

I purchased Crysis2 via steam as a pre-order package.

Any help here is welcome:)
