I was surfing the interwebs trying to find a solution to my problem of being unable to see the lockpicking popup when trying to get through doors etc, after a couple of hours of no luck i decided to just derp around with it myself.
I found a solution which worked for me with AMD, not sure of the Nvidia equivalent, but anyway...all i did was went into the radeon settings (this is with the snazzy new Omega setup) and set the graphics card to handle the resolution where available, this made quite a difference to my graphics and also fixed the iossue of the lockpicking.
This might work for some, might not for others, just figured i would post it here and hopefully it resolves the issue for someone and saves them a frustrated trip through cyberspace to no avail
