Hello, i have this issue:

When i use the Pip-Boy, i can't see the full name of some items and i can't see how many items i have if the name is not fully displayed.

Since it looks like you are using mods it might be the mod that is causing the issue.

I'm not using any mod.. I won't be using any mod until the geck is out..

It's a vanilla Steam installation..

I thought you were using a mod that sorts since most of the items have brackets.

I believe only a certain amount of characters can be displayed in the pip boy so it is best to name items with not that many letters

No, I saw in the English version that there's no brackets.. But they are in the Spanish version..

I'll try some regional configurations in my PC.

A few items has a name so long that it doesn't show in the Pipboy. If you press X for taking a closer look at the item, you can also see the full name.

It's just a matter of space limitations. I've seen these brackets in several non-US versions of the game. The US version doesn't have them, so it's less of an issue. No DotDotDot (mentioned above) will fix this by reducing the font size, but I've never found it be enough of an issue to bother trying it out.

Even so, you may wanna try it out as you use Spanish language.

Yes, an user in reddit told me to use that mod.. But the console users with a non-US version of the game can't use a mod to fix this, at least the brakets.. It would be good if Bethesda fix this in an update for the vanilla (non-modded) game..

I doubt Bethesda is going to do anything to 'fix' this because there isn't really anything that's wrong with it. It's working as it's intended to work. Mods aren't on consoles yet, but they will be before too much longer. You'll almost certainly have a mod to correct this.
