Unable to sign to gamesas.com

This is a message from my friend. He can't post because he has an issue with his account. He can't sign into gamesas.com at all.

1. He can't Reset Password (No password reset email sent to him even though it write "Sent")
2. He can't use the contact form (Error Message: Form token does not match expected value)
3. He sent an email to community@crytek.com (But never received any respond)

Dear gamesas,

I need password reset. I not sure why but I can't login into gamesas website. I tried different browser, I tried clearing cache, I tried logging in from other computer but it return "Sorry, invalid username or password." But I have no problem logging into game. And of course, I tried the "Forgot Password" but it never sent any email to my account. I am 100% certain that I registered my account under the username "exglade".

However, I am unsure whether it's tied to exglade@live.com or aiistudio@live.com. Either way, it didn't sent any password reset email to me at all.

Could the staff please check what is wrong with my account? Please provide a solution to fix the problem on my account. I do not want to use another alias. If my presence is required, please contact either exglade@live.com or aiistudio@live.com. Both emails account are mine.

Dear all friends and ea support team

My problem is can't login to play game mutiplay mode. It still on the page "an error has occured, please check your network connectivity". But my connection is good, I can play every game i have in the moment when i try to test and can login to account in "gamesas.com'. Anybody know how to resole this problem for me ,Please help. My email is "pimoljinda2003@yahooo.com"

plenty of topics on that. there is however a few individuals that can't log into the website so can't even use the pre order bonus.

Also suffering from this issue, cant login to gamesas.com but i can access forums trough cookies.
Also i can create same account with same nickname, email and password ingame as many times as i like.
It always brings up the eula and gives no error messages what so ever and this worries me.
Some help from Cry-admin would be nice. Actualy sent PM to Cry-Adam last week and sent support ticket with no answer.
If i understood right the account is on phpB database but is gone from drupal.
My speculation based on this error message when i try to reset password with email just right after trying to login

The username Ekido has not been activated or is blocked. Sorry, ******@gmail.com is not recognized as a user name or an e-mail address. Data pass => ****, for Ekido synced to Drupal. Successfully authenticated from phpB

When i try to login it says that incorrect login credentials and when i try to create account on gamesas it says email and nickname are unavailable.

Cry-Adam did sent me a few emails and he helped me reset the password. But even after password changed, the login is still unsuccessful.

I replied his email to inform the issue is unsolved and even sent a PM to him. No respond either.

Dear gamesas,

This is an account I created just to report my issue.

Login in game with username "exglade" - OK
Login at website gamesas.com - "Sorry, invalid username or password"

Last time I checked, "exglade" is tied to "aiistudio@live.com". But now I am able to register this username "unitednightingale" with the email "aiistudio@live.com". What happened to "exglade"? I want that username. Because it's my alias and I own that account, I registered that account with that name last year.

Can the staff reset my account "exglade"? Or change the email that's tied to my account (I would willing to provide another email account I have)? Or at least tell me again now which of email is tied to that account?

Please help me out here. I want it back desperately. I can't redeem my limited edition code with this account.

I can login, and it shows me as being signed-in, but anytime I go to post anything/edit profile/etc... It brings me to a screen that says "You must sign-in to do ____."

I had to make this new forum account (the one I am posting under right now) in order to access them at all.

The login linked to my LIVE account/game account is "Indefragable."

I am not seeing any solution.

I do not want to play under another name.

Deleting my account is not an option because I won't be able to register using the same username.

I am once again bumping the thread. Hoping gamesas would respond to my issue.

I do not mind resetting/deleting/destroying/smash my account IF AND ONLY IF that would let me have back my account. I don't even mind if I have to restart from rank 1 in game. All I want is my old account back.


What make my account so F-ed up until it can't login to the forum but accessible in the game? Why isn't any staff responding to my issue?

I have the statistics reset to zero. I have level 33 and only 14 casualties.
Do I have to stay with this account with errors?
I know are very busy but they could respond.

Looks like I fixed most of my problems.
I switched to a different email account which was shorter then the one I normally use.

I can not enter gamesas. I can enter the multiplayer. Level 33 and all zero, statistics, modules ....
Level 33 and as if he had not done anything.
I want to delete the account and create new.
I can help or not.

HOLY CRAP! I got my account back! XD

They fixed the forgot password i think... I type in my username in forgot password. an email was sent to me. And I assigned another email to the username and give new password.

And now I got back my account! :D

I can cry happily now.
