1. He can't Reset Password (No password reset email sent to him even though it write "Sent")
2. He can't use the contact form (Error Message: Form token does not match expected value)
3. He sent an email to community@crytek.com (But never received any respond)

I need password reset. I not sure why but I can't login into gamesas website. I tried different browser, I tried clearing cache, I tried logging in from other computer but it return "Sorry, invalid username or password." But I have no problem logging into game. And of course, I tried the "Forgot Password" but it never sent any email to my account. I am 100% certain that I registered my account under the username "exglade".
However, I am unsure whether it's tied to exglade@live.com or aiistudio@live.com. Either way, it didn't sent any password reset email to me at all.
Could the staff please check what is wrong with my account? Please provide a solution to fix the problem on my account. I do not want to use another alias. If my presence is required, please contact either exglade@live.com or aiistudio@live.com. Both emails account are mine.
