Unable to Update Existing Mod with CK v1.9.36.0

Hit a bit of a snag trying to update an existing mod on Steam that I don't recall having with previous versions of the Creation Kit.

I'm currently running version 1.9.36.0. My mod is a master file and already exists on Steam. When I highlight it and click 'Upload To Steam Workshop' the Creation Kit is unable to get the existing details of my mod, so essentially it thinks I'm trying to upload a completely new mod which is not what i'm trying to do.

Found Nothing: https://i.imgur.com/FMnrVZI.png

I've tried removing the ESM flag to make it a basic plugin file and it has not made a difference, so it's not a master file issue.

Trying with files from the previous version I successfully uploaded before has not made a difference, so it's not an issue with file size or file content.

I can update my other mods just fine such as Extended Encounters, the problem is only affecting Wyrmstooth, so it's not an issue with my firewall.

So, erm, any ideas?

Ok I think I found a simple enough workaround. For future reference, if anyone else has the same issue, try the following.

So I took the .pub file that was created when the Creation Kit successfully found my Extended Encounters mod and opened it with a hex editor. The value inside is just the Steam ID in reversed hexadecimal. eg: a Steam ID of 221117557 becomes 75 FC DF 2D 0D. The fix is simply to replace that with the reversed hexadecimal Steam ID of the mod you want to upload to instead, then rename the .pub file to match the name of the file you're trying to upload. The next time you launch the Creation Kit and click 'Upload to Steam Workshop' it'll pull down the mod's info down successfully.

Eggs and bacon all the way.
