Unable to upload a new version of one of my Workshop mods

When trying to update the Steam Workshop version of one of my mods, http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32695/?, I'm unable to upload to the http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=565848197. In the upload window, no information about the mod has been retrieved, even after a while of waiting. If I try to upload the mod and BSA as they are, they end up in a new mod file and don't replace the old one. Effectively, I'm stuck between remaking the page outright or waiting for Steam to wise up and recognize my mod. I have done this under the same file as before, though I've only used the Creation Kit in this case to try and upload the mod.

Googling was of no help to this. Is this a problem anyone can solve?

EDIT: Trying to see if this exists if I upload outside of Mod Organizer. I wonder if reformatting my PC might have done this..

Fixed, I used http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1538042-unable-to-update-existing-mod-with-ck-v19360/?hl=%2Bupload#entry24355528, I generated a .pub file, and hex edited it to correspond to the hex bytes of the mod's full Steam ID, just written from the last to the first. I've gotta remember to keep doing this in case these upload problems keep happening..
