Unable to view user profiles

At the moment, it seems like I'm unable to view any user profile, including my own.
I've tried it both in Firefox and IE9. Firefox just loads a blank page, while IE9 gives me a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.

Any way you guys could fix this?
