Unarmed Question

Post » Sat Oct 16, 2010 12:08 pm

Hey all, I'm trying to roll a "pure" unarmed character, however, it seems that I am having trouble finding any good unarmed weapons early in the game (I'm still in Good Springs). Does anyone know where I can find/buy any decent unarmed weapons, because I am having a pretty hard time killing enemies with my bare fists lol.

Legionaries routinely carry Fist Blasters or whatever the punch-gun is called. Though, I can't imagine you killing one with bare-fists.

You should put some skillpoints in Meele Weapons too. Pure unarmed could get hard at some times. I play an Unarmed/Meele Character too, But i have skilled Heavy Weapons too its kinda sh.itty if you see some enemies at far range where it's impossible to sneak from behind (in a house for exaple) and get shot serveal times before you even reach them.

I could've swore I saw some bladed gauntlets in Primm's hotel somewhere. The place is crawling with gangers though.

Unarmed looks pretty cool with stuff like the ranger takedown special move you can learn! If you've specced yourself right with strength and endurance, grabbing some heavy armour and kicking ass doesn't sound too tough.
