I'm undecided about cleaning it. Inside the tes4 guide for cleaning there is no reference, so I'm wondering if I Should remove the grup entries in the arena (automatic cleaning). Or could they be intentional? I don't know...

As a general rule of thumb you should always clean unless the mod author or BOSS say you shouldn't.

And even then you probably should, mod authors who say not to (there aren't many) generally don't understand what the cleaning process actually is and mistakenly believe it involves stripping out and breaking their mod when it doesn't.
