Spoiler Free Review:
First let me say that I have not finished the Main Quest with over 180 hours, so this will not be a complete review. I feel that I've played it enough to form an opinion.
If you are on the fence about getting this game, fear not. I don't think you will be disappointed. Exploration, settlement building and the new combat will be enough to get your money's worth.

Character creation +1. Another new feature with the sliders and body customization (somewhat limited but a nice upgrade)

Voice acting +1 for both male and female characters. I could have lived without this feature but it's well done.
Dialogue wheel -1. This is my opinion but it's the one new feature I really didn't like.

Settlement building +1. It's a nice new addition which is responsible for the greatest amount of time spent for me.

Combat +1. Took me a little while to get used to but the new mechanics are very enjoyable. I will include looting here - it's nice the way they improved and made it easier to loot enemies.

Companions +1. Greatly improved over Bethesda's Fallout 3. Several even have backstories quests. Their comments and idle animations are well done. Although I haven't recruited all of them, the ones I've found are enjoyable.
They went over and above expectations with the dog this time around.

Music +1. It's a nice mix of oldies on the radio with only a couple of turnes I didn't like. The classical radio station is a nice alternative. If you prefer no radio, the atmospheric background music is perfect.

The DJ +1. He even has a quest this time. I liked him both before and after his quest.

Weather +1. Adds atmosphere. Rain and radiations storms are awesome. And Yay! it doesn't rain through the roofs (for the most part).

Side quests +1. So far the ones I've done have been really good.

No game is perfect and it does have it's share of minor bugs/glitches but nothing game breaking for me. If you've played any other Bethesda game you will know what I'm talking about. So far I am giving Fallout 4 a definite thumbs up.

If you are on the fence about getting Fallout 4, I hope this review was helpful.
