Hello everyone, I'm new to these forums and I really need help on a bug I've came across doing the quest "Under Saarthal" for the College of Winterhold. I have had previous accounts before my current and never came across this bug so I don't know why it's happening now but I play a level 52 Mage/archer/warrior redguard currently. When I enter Saarthal and activate the ancient amulet it says in the top left corner (Saarthal Amulet Added) but when I go to my inventory to equip the Amulet it does not appear. I looked up this bug on other forums to see if anyone else has came across this problem to where I found they have but nobody has solutions that work for me. I have reloaded to a previous save multiple times, cleared my hard drive cache (if I didn't mention I play on xbox 360). yet somehow nothing seems to fix it to where it appears in my inventory and I can continue the quest. If anybody has any solutions please reply. Thanks.

Have you tried reloading a save with the character BEFORE they even get the Saarthal quest?

Since any fix will probably need to be specific to the xbox, I'll close this one and leave your duplicate topic open.
