here is a quick tip: If you find yourself losing 50 points of intelligence from a yellow musk creeper, then maybe you have lost your marbles and can't figure out that you need the Memory Restorative Potion to raise your intelligence. And if you find that you have lost your health in a substantial amount from touching a plant and it doesn't come back, try finding a Spore Acid Relief Potion. You'll soon feel better.

For the 1.0 release, the leveled list for what a drow carries will include the above potions at a higher frequency. Um, it was not even in the Leveled Item List, my mistake  Also, the creatures levels have been balanced a little better to fix some of those overly powered thugs that frequently pound the cake out of some of you.

Well seeing as there hasn't been much eye-candy in awhile, figured I'd post some more screens from my end.

Hey those are pretty cool! But ... I have a question. :nerd:

Are you going to challenge yourself to your ultimate coolness :obliviongate: and do the Abyss ?

Or shall we wait and do that together?

I want to test how far we can walk the limb to the edge of abnorm creative design :whisper: we'll have to hash this out.

Er, remember I don't know much about the lore here. What's the abyss? 90% of the [censored] I cobbled together out of my own head, then attached to the D&D lore with duct tape.

In DnD lore? Demon realm, Chaotic Evil aligned outer plane, also know as the Infinite Layers of the Abyss, due to the seemingly countless layers, many of with that bare no resemblance to the typical hell of lore(fire/brimstone, that is). The whole place is technically filled with poisonous gasses, making it hard for anyone to survive there who isn't either a demon or immune to poison. I'd guess that the poisons present are capable of using your skin as a entry point, meaning holding your breath doesn't save you any more then if you held your breath while swimming in lava without fire immunity.

Get the mod done and out. The Abyss is a ridiculously difficult and complicated world unto itself. PLEASE.

We are very close to finishing it. While Shadow finishes up flesing the areas I'm closing up the ESM. Afterwards, I'll release it and then assist on connecting "Shadows of Old Shanatar." I've been busy jumping back and forth with working on Underdark and MERP.

Good going! I've been looking forward to this one for some time. Not only a great mod in itself, but a great modding platform, in a sense, too.

Good related news. I've been working on merging the two Viconia mods. It's done and I'm testing it out. It's going very well. It's a VERY complicated job I never thought I would pull off. Even better news: Greenwarden is now beginning work on revoicing the first Viconia mod. All lines will now be voiced and I've gone through and rewritten some of it so it's even better now. Should be ready once everything is fully tested AND voiced.

Hope you all are patient, I have more than I thought or it's just taking longer than I expected. Doing pathnodes, adding AI's, merchants, freshening up, etc.. Changed a few clothing for some NPC's and updated a few new items (Voratae) and one of the items that is of great concern with most players (potions that provide floral curatives). Also, I am finishing the Warrens.

To do a mod right takes time, and this is an especially challenging one. I strongly doubt anybody will be disappointed at this news of yours, and we'll all appreciate the care taken with the final results.

One question, did you ever change things over so that companions will follow you through the different cells? I think this was do to the way things were constructed.

No, I haven't even looked at the scripts. That's only because I have so much to do on the list. If I get a chance to, I'll talk to Melf and see what he says.
