Yes, a cheat mod but after playing it... it really doesn't feel like one. It just takes away the annoyance of spending hours of your game time fiddling with your inventory.... especially if you have a lot of armor/clothing/weapon/alchemy mods. Huge time saver. No more back and forth inventory trips. No more suspending your adventure until you go back to the city to sell the loot.
Removing inventory weight limits can be exploited for extra gold, but after letting myself do a little exploiting I notice that I really hardly gain any extra gold. After a while, I still default to just leaving the small things that hold little value, especially in later levels when most items hold little value for my needs.
I just role play where I have a spell that transports all items to some magic storage place. Really not any more unrealistic than vanilla Oblivion, where you as an adventurer can run around (without a backpack) with 2 unused shields, an extra armor, 25 (glass) potions, 5 daggers, a couple maces, thousands of gold coins, and a kitchen sink.
