I've decided to make an underdog mod thread for the small/underappreciated mods out there. More so than in Oblivion, I feel that a lot of mods pass by unnoticed mostly due to the lack of mod lists ( I have found only 2 so far ).
So any mods that don't get the attention they deserve? Post it here!

I've only got one (semi-)underdog mod and it is:

Prewar Book Titles and Perks: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4318

This gives the prewar books names ( like the Illiad and Animal Farm ) which helps the immersion. It also has an optional feature to associate perks with reading those books.
