I think the underwater experience in Skyrim is a bit lacklustre. Even in broad daylight in the blinding sun, the second you go beneath the surface of the water it's like you're entering a tomb, and when you look up towards the sky all you see is a dark-greenish brown ugly blanket of nothingness (supposed to be the surface of the water). Maybe that would be reasonable in a cave - not even that extreme - but when you're underwater and you look up, you should be able to see the fine details of the moving water just like you can above the surface, and it should be more transparent than it is now. Anyone agree?
