As far as role-playing goes I could understand why in the prison I might have a tatty shirt, pants and underwear - however my characters typically ditched the prison clothes for something better as soon as they could - it annoyed me that I could not upgrade my smalls - the vanilla ones look like they lack support and are itchy

I'm with the OP that some tasteful but fresh underwear would be appreciated
