I've seen a few people mention this, and perhaps if we get enough people to agree on un-enchanting items.... Maybe, just maybe Bethesda may add it in a dlc or something.

Just a thought...

I would love to have the ability to in-enchant the Thalmor Robes. I think they look really cool, but it would be better if they were a little more useful.
