Hi. New to the forums.

Anybody else experiencing uneven frame pacing? Whether I'm using RivaTuner, G-Sync enabled/disabled, running at 60FPS or above, the frame pacing feels a bit off to me. Certainly not as smooth as everything is in Skyrim. Unless the game is forcing bordless window mode, which I can't tell if it is as pressing Alt + Tab doesn't seem to do anything.

Fullscreen has terrible frame pacing on my PC, windowed mode is better but there are still heavy stutters when I sprint.

Only place I noticed stuttering is inside small building spaces moving side to side. Inside Diamond City, I'll have to check other areas. Other then that things seem fairly smooth.
