An unfinished and bit forgotten weapon mod : IV

I forgot the name of this beauty weapon mod. It's not present on major sharing mods sites like Tesnexus, but if i'm not wrong, has an own website. Anyone can remind the name of this mod ?

It could be thousands of things, so I will list off the top three that come to mind:

In this mod you find a big assortment of retextured leather armors and retextured bows. This mod can be downloaded not from a big sharing site like Tesnexus, but only from his own homepage suited for this weapon mod. The author of this mod has never totally finished his mod (abandoned). This is not a weapon overhaul or a quest mod, but it's look more like a resource for modding (btw it's not a resource stuff). Sorry for bad english and bad description...this is all i remember

is it armamentarium? i know it contains quite a few retextured leather armors and bows. Could be the elder council mod though, i know the mod author doesnt want it on big sites, only on his

No it's not stuff from major overhaul or Armamentarium/bob/warcry/OOO/MMM/etc/or TEC.
It's just a minor forgotten mod, abandoned from the author (but 99% finished) with amazing retextured bows and leather armors. The name is like more or less "wood ranger" or "wood bow", but i'm not sure.

P.s. you are the original author of this mod ? Could mean your mod is 100% finished ?

3th edit: ok i've look better. This mod is very good btw is incompatible with some Weye mods, and other small issues. Any chance to complete this mod ?
