Uninstall / delete an item

Post » Sat Feb 19, 2011 9:11 am

If I like a mod that adds different things but I want to uninstall / delete just one or more things but not the entire mod (a house, some clothes, for exemple). It is posible to search on data files for delete that item. Is another way I can do it?

Any help apreciated.

Get a program called TES4Edit and you can do that. Just learn to be careful what you delete.

TES4Edit will make a backup of any files you change, so you'd be hard pressed to really mess things up.

TES4Edit is especially useful for things like that, as mentioned. I had to take out several worldspace edits from a resource ESP in order to make it an ESM. Even deleting the objects in the CS wouldn't have done it; they had to be completely removed with TES4Edit.

Thank you very much guys. I downloaded that TES4Edit and I killed a mod the first time I tried, but now I did some things with this. A new world for me! :obliviongate:
