Am I the only one here missing stuff/items in my Skyrim world?

Mead with Juniper Berries does not exist in Helgen in any of my playthroughs of Skyrim and nor does Gunmar (DG) ever have any dawnguard weapons for sale. There are other items as well that everyone else seem to have but are completely missing from my world, which I can't seem to remember from the top of my head.

I find it so frustratingly bizarre how bugs and glitches are so unique to different people in this game.

Just wondering if you have any items missing from your game or any unusual/unique bugs?

I just reinstalled my game fresh, but dragon riding has a glitch/bug. Hit fast travel while riding a dragon. when you reappear in the world space, the dragon is invisible.

Is that there only location? I've seen mead all over Skyrim and juniper berries, but never together.

Yes, it's the only location in the game. Sadly, the recipe must have died with Helgen, which could explain why it's not sold at taverns and inns in Skyrim.

remember during the cart ride in the opening? one of the Stormcloaks says "I used to be sweet on a girl here.. I wonder if she is still making that mead with juniper berries"..

well it seems she was, because there is a stash of them in that building

I have found it with some of my characters but not all. Maybe it's one of those things that falls through the floor into game world oblivion.

im on xbox, maybe it doesnt exist on the xbox version
