Unique items from MW?

Do you think they will bring any unique items back from Morrowind? If so, what items do you think they would bring back?

They already have brought back unique items from Morrowind and Morrowind brought back unique items from previous games, so it is almost certain they will bring back unique items from previous games. Most of the unique items in Morrowind aren't unique to only Morrowind.

a few in OB were from MW. so probably. my question is if they will look the same, not that I think they will. (and they shouldn't be completely different) but if they look to similar people will accuse them of cut and pasting weapons from OB. (which I actually wouldn't mind if it meant doubling the number of weapons, but I know it would bother tons of other people)

Trueflame, Ebony Mail, and the Vampiric Ring (along with pretty much everything else from the Tamrielic Lore book). Also, did we ever hear what happened to Kagrenac's Tools after Morrowind? I'd like to see those make a re-emergence somehow.

Why would they return? They were created specifically for harnessing the power of Lorkhan's Heart.

Chrysamere was, by far, my favorite unique weapon in Morrowind. I read on the TES Wiki page that it was also included in Arena and Daggerfall, so for it to be excluded from Oblivion was a new venture. I'd be VERY happy to see it make a return.

Further, I'd be happy to wear the Lord's Mail chest plate as well. And last but not least, I highly anticipate seeing a return of the Fists of Randagulf above all else, seeing as it is has a deep part of Skyrim's history.

They're still powerful artifacts in their own right, even with the Heart of Lorkhan gone. It doesn't make a lot of sense for them to just vanish off the face of the Earth (or Nirn, in this case)

If Goldbrand makes another appearance, I hope you can upgrade it to Eltonbrand like in MW.

in one of the books (been awile so I don't know which one) but it was a book talking specificly about deadric artifacts and how they have a tendacy to disapear and reappear. they weren't deadric I know... but the dwarves disappeared so why cant kargnac's tools as well. sound like a job for modders any ways.

You do have a point, however keep in mind the Dwemer didn't vanish on their own, although nobody knows what caused them to vanish, most theories suggest that their abuse of the Heart of Lorkhan's power drove them either to extinction or some other world. Even if the tools don't appear in usable form, I'd like to see the book closed on what became of them. As far as I know, they've simply been collecting dust in the lore ever since Morrowind, which doesn't feel right since they were a central plot element in Morrowind.

That just depends on how the next novel ends.

I think we can certainly count on a return of Goldbrand. Other things, perhaps, perhaps not. There's really not much foundation to speculate on considering half of the artifacts are just handed down by Daedric Princes every time a hero does their laundry for them, and the other half just tend to turn up randomly.

I'm personally hoping for a return of Chrysamere. Don't know why. Also the Bipolar blade. Speaking of the Bipolar Blade, even though it's not related to insanity, that just seems like a great weapon for Shivering Isles. What a pity it was absent...

While I've heard some artifacts tend to do exactly that, they can still be on Nirn without being in Skyrim, or at least without being found by the last Dovakhiin.

True, but as I said earlier, it'd be nice to at least hear what became of them. I can't be the only person wondering what actually became of the tools after the events of Morrowind. Even if they don't appear as usable items in game it should at least be explained in a book. The tools were one of the central plot elements of Morrowind, and they've been collecting dust lore-wise ever since.
