So I hear that if you launch the nukes on the NCR, then at one of the detonation sites near the Mojave Outpost will be a NCR Colonel wearing Unique NCR Salvaged Power Armor. My question is what more does this unique version have to offer than the original, and what is it's DT? Also does it give you any bonuses like "+2 guns", etc?
