unique shock baton

i've done zeta a few times but never knew about this weapon 'til i was checking out dlc melees on the wiki, and was wondering why no ones ever mentioned this weapon. it's numbers seem really good and theres nothing like it that has knockdown effect. is it a big secret or just too weak to consider?

It's not all that great as melee weapons go. Sure, it's better than a Shock Baton, but most any other melee weapons is too. It tops out at 57 DPS, while the Shishkebab does 80 without Pyromaniac (121 with Pyromaniac).

I've mentioned it a few times, and tend to equip it as a lightweight melee weopon to go with the atomic pulvorisor which is also very light. The knockdown wins me over, other melee weopons can do more damage but if your fighting one or two albino scorpions (or any oponent with a high amount of hit points) the paralyse effect is more useful than being able to do more damage per strike.

It's also fun! :D
