Im just wondering if you can buy weapon mods from vendors such as gun runners and blake. Theres one in particular i am looking for and that is a silencer for the Gobi campaign scout rifle. Im doing a stealth sniper build and dont want to stick with the ratslayer or silenced sniper rifle. Anyone know?
