Universal SkyProc Exclusions List : V

Is there any such thing? I have just created my own following a few simple guidelines. My list excludes anything that does NOT fall under new/altered NPCs, spawns, new spells, leveled lists and new lands which most usually contain most of the previous. Bashed patch should always be included in your skyproc patch. Interestingly, 2 fixes from Balbor and Steel's project are marked mergeable after running boss. You do not want these merged with your bashed patch because they explicitly state to disclude these when generating your reproccer.esp. However I am not running skyre any longer and can't recall the names of the esp's.

Given the nature of SkyProc this is probably mostly overkill but I have seen some surprising mods ruin my game when included in patchers.

Anything of the following are excluded.
Purely script based mods
Lighting overhauls and similar cell edits.
Purely aesthetic mods

This is mine as it currently stands. It would be my goal to see a repository maintained of exclusions decided on the safe side of things. Much in the same fashion as the BOSS list. How to go about this is beyond me however. If not an application like BOSS then at least a mod entry on the nexus. Feel free to post your lists and we could compile and upload the list.
