universal wants or not wants

this is about the things that at least 90% of the fan base agrees with. nothing disputable (like the inclusion of vats,a specific storyline, multiplayer and other things that might invite people to a hanging) this is for things that (nearly) everyone wants. this is also for things that would have no impact on the game for some people (such as optional dx11 support, the game will support dx9 anyways, so you cant realy argue with making a game ready for the future. another thing might be a hardcoe mode, if you dont like it then you can ignore it. its your game)

things most people want
vampires
werewolves (werebears are in the lore, but some people dont think they should be ingame, therefor it wouldnt be right to put them on the list)
spears
crossbows
open cities
more world space
levitation
morphable bodies
better facegen
more options for people (jewelry, tattoos, eyebrows, makeup, warts and pimples, freckles, lines of age etc)
beards!!!!!!!!!!!!
dx11 support (do note that this wont negativly effect consoles or pc without dx11, but will make the graphics significantly better for pc people with dx11)
an optimised engine (for ALL platforms, not just the 360)
a.i rather than a.s (artificial stupidity)
better lighting
more tilesets for dungeons
more voice sets for every race.
better combat, possibly with more realism
better magic (magic that uses physics would be awsome)
hardcoe mode (as mentioned above, if you dont like it turn it of, there is no reason for vetoing this for the people who do)
more varied lands
terrain changing according to weather
environmental effects on models (hair or fur might get snow on it, fur gets wet, skin gets dirty etc)
better trees
sleeping in more places than beds (in a cave,an alley or around a fireside for example. not sure if this should mean literaly anywhere)
cities should be more alive. (busks playing music, magicians entertaining children, beggars with missing limbs or defaults asking for money, people buying food and going to taverns etc) (but not ambient sounds like new vegas, were the player could hear screaming and bottles breaking in the town of freeside yet not find anything of the sort-the atomic wrangler and gamorah were bad examples also, but i shouldent go into that :hubbahubba: )
better level of detail system (how things become less detailed as you move away from them)
better animations (humans at least, but id like to see animals and creatures move better too) (i mean both facial and skeletal, if we are going to have npcs speak to us we could at least have them show emotion well )
better water (crysis water is a good example, water needs to be dynamic in a sense of how big the waves are and the current, we dont need a full dynamic system with millions of particles with physics calculations )
more destructible environments
non psychic people (particularly guards) (if i want to kill everyone in a guild hall and i leave no survivors- how do i get expelled when there were no witnesses?)
better lighting in dungeons (oblivion and fallout had horrible lighting)
global dynamic lighting
prettier particle system (for spells, although fallout 3/nv gives us an indication of improvement)
not so much a black and white storyline (saints vs cult that have decided to destroy the world for no apparent reason... uhmmmmm.... no)
nowhere near as much level scalling as oblivion (while morrowind seemed to do this the best we are more likely to get a leveling system somewhere between fallout and morrowind)
more gore than oblivion (although not over the top like fallout)
more unique creatures (bites rather than headbuts, flying creatures, defensive creatures, beserker creatures)
more drug/sixual references (not as much as fallout, in new vegas i could swear every second character had abnormal desires)
more abnormal animals (obviously nothing over the top) less carbon copy creatures (like minotaurs)
a better ui
tiny details (like glass weapons being light, skooma being illegal etc)
more than one type of daedric armour
m'aiq, or some other joke (hopefully maiq wont be there to tell us that some good ideas are crap because devs were lazy in implementation)

do not want
guns
vats
a story like oblivion
epic magic spells (like summoning akatosh to throw a fireball)

anything i missed? (that is almost non disputable, no vats please you bunch of psychos )

I think hardcoe mode was a great addition to the Fallout games and would like to possibly see it implemented in the TES games as well.

+1 to the dx11 support.

There are already similar topics to this, there is no need for another variation of ideas.
